It’s all about how much heat actually hits you. Shortwave infrared is great here because it gives you that immediate punch of warmth the second you flip the switch. Since it doesn’t rely on moving air around, it handles the dampness of a bathroom perfectly. One pro tip: think about where you’re mounting the lamp. If you want the light higher up on the ceiling, you’ll need a higher wattage to make sure the heat actually reaches the floor.
Power vs. How Long It Lasts
